P atrick Dooley is a Systems Design Engineer. He has been living and breathing software for the past two decades. The goal of his technical career has been the resolution of the SCB (Software Complexity Barrier). He is a strong advocate of OOP (Object Oriented Programming), and has mastered the art of OP (Organic Programming). Mr. Dooley has either created or refined complex software systems for most of his career. He has worked with firms ranging from small startups to large establishments.
